Marinated and barbecued lamb or chicken, cooked in a mild and creamy sauce with fresh yoghurt and dry roasted fenugreek leaves, which releases a beautiful taste and aroma. A dish highly recommended.
Peshwari Chicken or Lamb
Chicken tikka, lamb tikka or tandoori king prawn, cooked in specially blended tandoori sauce, with green pepper & tomatoes.
Nepali Labra Chicken or Lamb
Chicken tikka, spinach & chick peas cooked with lots of garlic, turmeric & coriander.
Diced chicken or lamb baked with chunks of tomatoes, onions and green peppers which is then cooked in a medium spicy sauce with dash of Worcester sauce
Shahi Coconut Lamb
Tender lamb cooked with mustard seeds, fresh curry leaves and then simmered in coconut milk. Dressed with fresh coconut (Sweet).
Royal Chicken Tikka Masala
Marinated chicken chunks, barbecued in the tandoori, prepared in a medium strength tomato and butter sauce curry.
Chicken Chilli Bayang
To prepare this excellent dish the chef firstly marinates the fillets in special herbs and spices then tandoori barbecued. Finally with peppers, fresh chillies it is cooked in a thick hot sauce.
Nil- Giri Green Chicken
Chicken cooked with cardamom and chilli sauce, finished with fresh spinach and mint.
Marinated chicken breasts, sliced in long slices, cooked in finely chopped onions and peppers with bay leaf, which produces a lovely taste in a thick and spicy sauce to medium strength.
